Can't swap them side to side. But when you get a replacement it's really easy. Undo 5 bolts on the bottom of the seat, unclip the electrical harness (after adjusting seat w/ controls into the centermost and lowermost position and steering wheel into the furthest in and up position), then grab your backbrace and lift it out. Installation is the reverse of removal.

If you do not have the means to reset an airbag SRS light... do not put the key into the ignition after unclipping the seat hearness. Alternatively, you could disconnect the battery after making the seat adjustments to avoid the light. Reconnect battery after the new seat is plugged in.
