so it's probably fair to say that eventually all these guys will break or act up.
in my case i am going to try the motor housing parts and see if that doesn't fix shore up the slop causing the click. but i can't help but thinking that any fix is going to be a temp fix.
seems ridiculous to me to design it that way...such that the motor continues to exert pressure even after a mechanical stop is reached. especially when it's received a signal from the microswitch that it's reached the end of its travel path!
