New to me 05 x5. I knew the radio wasn't working when I got it and figured I'd just diagnose it later. Started taking the rear panels off and there's nothing near the spare tire but a bunch of wire harnesses. Is that where the amp is supposed to be? The radio turns on, there's no sound.


It's just a basic radio with a "business cd player". Here's the list of options from the vin
