I bought mine from FCP this time anticipating the foam failing in 3 or 4 years and would utilize the lifetime warranty. Was going to just order a new set when 2 or 3 of the mats foam had failed and the mats started wandering around the floor pan. Most irritating. But at least I can just buy a new set and the cost (minus shipping) will be refunded.
Might be a non-issue now though due to the backing material change.
