^Yes, you can put a 325 on a 10.5" wheel. 11" is better, but unless you are on a race track, 325 will not cause any issues. If you are only changing the rear though, you may throw off the Xdrive.

Also keep in mind there is exactly one tire available in 325/35r20. Pirelli Pzero @ ~$500/tire. I wait to find a good used one every now and then to purchase. Usually around $150/tire for 8-10/32nds.
