Very, very cool. I know how I excited I get the night before I set out on one of my cross-country trips. I can only imagine the excitement of preparing and executing a trip to another continent all-together.

I'm only guessing, but you might have to replace the radio module to get the European radio frequency spacing.

I'd guess the map could be purchased and installed. It sort of depends on what an "update" consists of. An operating system with current maps or just edits to existing maps in the system. Might have to start at square one.
