The first thing they said was "oh no, that's outside of the limit we can fix legally". I said I spoke with the manager and the tech said "ok, I'll take it off and have a look at it". Dismounted the tire, prepped the puncture and installed a mushroom plug from the inside. A couple of days later, so far so good
