It's actually the insulation that holds all the water.I think I'd be to old to enjoy it by the time a dehumidifier dried it.It takes forever for them to dry out when they're out and hanging up.Our bodyshop at the dealer used to do them once in a while.
It definitely wouldn't hurt to try it anyway.Especially if I could lift the carpet up in it's place.
