Yes, mine has that faint line as well. I thought it was a release point from the mold or something. As mentioned, some trim dressing makes it pretty much disappear. For a permanent solution, before you install hit it with some SEM trim paint or Duplicolor trim paint. Will look great, but not sure how it would match the lower rocker plastic trim. I've opted to just leave them alone. Wife has never said anything.
