1st pic is your rain sensor (if you don't have the "A" on your headlight switch...that's all it does)
The 2nd pic is your DWA (anti-theft alarm siren system) status LED. It illuminates to let you know the status of your alarm system...and this should occur when you lock the car using one of your remote keys...or if you lock the car using the driver's door exterior lock cylinder.
