What year is your E70? It sounds like you went from base seats to comfort seats. I just did the same with my driver seat last night on a 2007. None of my functions work at all, but the seat does have power, as it did move around a bit when I plugged it in. I also have an error coming up on dash at startup saying that it can't detect seat position.

I've been doing some research, assuming I just needed to code the comfort seat option in. But it is seeming like with the base seats, we are missing a power wire in the harness that plugs into the seat to power other functions than just the base seat functions.

Still preliminary research going on. But from what I read their should be pinouts with pictures shown in ISTA for each seat option. If I figure out what is needed I will reply back here with what I did. I'm sure it still requires coding the options as well.
