In western Europe cleaning DPFs for passenger cars is well established, partly because there are annual tech inspections. (Nevertheless, my nephew tells me there plenty suppliers willing to do the delete for very little money.)
Just had mine done when it landed in Rotterdam, company was Diesel Buchli. While searching I found one supplier in Germany that sends out a replacement DPF and charges a core fee until the item off the car is sent to them.
Given the hourly rates in the US (for removing the PDF) and the rapidly declining sales of diesel vehicles I doubt anyone will take up cleaning DPS for a living....
