Yeah, his first post has a plaintive line about 'buyback laws in Chicago'...and my response was going to be NO STATE, NO-WHERE has 'buyback laws' no rescission periods or cancellation clauses. (yes, some allow you to BUY the right to return a used car, I think CA? Ive never met someone that paid for that...)
