For the rear diff I picked up a simple pump from AdvanceAuto. For the front diff on my 35d I used the same pump as the drain is hard(ish) to reach. I opened the fill plug from the wheel well. I didn't feel like crawling under as I already did a gazillion things to it and I took a shortcut.

Can't remember the situation with the Transfer Case but IIRC there are two plugs.
