If you replace the upper arms, definitely get all new hardware (also not cheap). In my case I had to cut the bolts off as they had seized in the bushings. Massive PITA trying to cut these 10.9 bolts with a reciprocating saw in tight quarters. Went through about 20 blades for both sides.
