Yeah, that sounds like a great idea, have the average car owner aim their headlights. What could go wrong?

. This is the same average car owner who thinks it's acceptable to drive with their brights on because they have a low been out. Talk about a safety hazard. Drives me nuts.
If the inspection stations don't want to do it, which is understandable. Dealers are (should be) more qualified anyway.
