Did they use a pressure system in addition to activating the abs/stability system? The pressure combined with the vibrating is what gets all the air out. Something like this

In ISTA+ go to vehicle management / service function / chassis and suspension / traction control / brake bleeding routine / brake bleeding procedure. This option will be grayed out unless you let if you let ISTA+ perform a full vehicle test first.
