You need to coat with grease to avoid the rust issue. There will likely be some surface rust but not enough to get anywhere near visible. If you pre-treat with some naval jelly to stop the rust than any anti rust coating perhaps even paraffin.

I have to remove my rotor to change my bearing tonight is the plan. I'll likely sand off the rust and coat with grease but some antisieze on the center.
