Yes sir. My current bumper already has all the washer nozzles, hoses, clips, fog light covers, new grilles, etc.
The only thing I am retrofitting that I did not already have is the cover with the lower aero valance and the front PDC sensors and harness. The donor bumper needed paint and was missing a couple of sensors and the harness was mangled. Took care of that weeks ago on fleaBay and pretested with programming.
