I would recommend plugging it into ISTA+ and seeing what diagnostic plan it spits out, maybe you'll get lucky and it is a common module.

Additionally, I'm not sure how you checked your connections.. but if you haven't removed the ecm and reinstalled it to verify connector integrity and remake the connections then that would be a first step - when I pulled mine it was a real pita and I could see something getting damaged.
