The sleeves/ seals and solenoids are pretty easy as you don't actually have to open the valve body (the valve body has it's own bolts that hold it together and it detaches as a complete unit) to change them out so anyone who is competent to do the oil change will have no problem doing the solenoids/seals.
Do a search on YouTube and you will find quite a few videos on it, even if your not going to do the work yourself, it's good insurance to know what is going on as with that level of knowledge, you are much less likely to get taken advantage of by unscrupulous mechanics.
