Many people think "I'll go to a dealer for a diagnostic- even though they may be very expensive, they will give me a 'perfect diagnosis' and eliminate the messiness of indies"


Unfortunately, this isnt always true....


Did the dealer (or more accurately the Service Advisor) say 'replace the wire'....and maybe the technician said "Yeah, its the motor subharness". Stuff gets lost in translation between the tech and the gut that talks to you.....


If you search, you may find others that have had 'Christmas tree' fixed by replacing the throttle subharness. If I am recalling correctly...





But I dont know the part number...
