Also in that photo the slotted bolt holding the window glass to the clip is not the original bolt. You might also want to make sure you have the correct bushing nut. Anything that was previously hacked to get the window working may be degrading the performance of the window mechanism.

The new regulator came with the regulator clips already installed. The original nut and bolt were in the bottom of the door . It now has the original nut and bolts with a new regulator and regulator guides and new clips. Just think I need a new motor. I saved the original regulator and I am ordering new guides so I will have a backup on hand in case it goes out again.
