This should get you most of the way there. When I dropped the sub-fame on my E90 I used an engine support bar.

The biggest difference between the E90 and the E70 is the all wheel drive system. It is going to get in the way. If you do the job, change your oil pan gasket while the sub-frame is out of the way.
