04 X5...I had a thread recently about a no start on my X5.....Put key in turn it and the alarm would go off and car would not start..After many trips to my mechanic it kept happening every few weeks..

Pulled fuse 43 and it started..No instrumentation panel and it feels like manual steering....Will get car to shop soon but can it be driven safely like this ? I mean, is it safe for the car ?
