I have this ever returning code on my 2009 BMW X5 3.0i

2C32 (p2098) Lambda Control 2 Lean Condition

It is only throwing one code and it does it almost immediately like clockwork, about 2 minutes into the SECOND drive cycle.

The car is mechanically 100%. Absolutely no running, idling, or driving issues. Has 117K miles on it. In the process of chasing down this code, I have replaced all 4 oxygen sensors, the whole valve cover and gasket and MAF sensor. Every single part replaced is OEM from the dealer! No vacuum leaks shown during the smoke test.

Has anyone seen this code? Literally the only thing left is a possible fuel system delivery issue, (pump, filter),but I dont think so as there are no running issues and it would affect both banks.... Possible injector issue on one the bank two 4-6 cylinders? .... Or the bank 2 catalytic converter...but I am not throwing any cat inefficiency codes.

Help?
