Given you have failures in so many systems, (windows, locks, mirrors etc.) it's likely the issue is in that module or something related to that module. Since you have (possibly) eliminated the module itself, then perhaps check the fuse - F20 (30A - in the glove compartment). After that, maybe check the ground connection...
