New technology sees it at the per stroke. Oh and per cylinder. Ours only sees a bank not at the cylinder. Clogged injectors only make the issue worse. Add some Techron injector cleaner made by chevron if I remember correctly

I put fuel treatment every six tanks or so. I've used many different types including Techron. I think I'm going to start pulling my plugs at every oil change every 5000 miles to see how they're doing before they end up looking like this set.
