Does anyone know if the Foxwell can do it and if so, cost and correct model I want?
If it is as much or less that driving to the stealership to have them reset it, I am happy to buy the tool.

I've got the NT510 and yes, it will do transfer case oil adaptation reset. I think you're spot on using BMW fluid in the transfer case for sure, but just a thought on the Diffs, I used Liqu-Moly 75\90 when I did mine and I swear to you pushing the care around the garage with the Luqi-Moly in the diffs made it feel literally a ton lighter for some reason... I attributed it to just being new fluid, but I do really like Luqi-Moly products.
And yes, they all, including the transfer case are loosen filler plug, remove drain lug, drain fluid, replace drain plug, remove filler plug all the way and fill until it trickles out the filler hole. What I did was when it actually started to trickle out of the filler hole, I rolled the X back and forth a few feet to get any bubbles out and got nearly an additional pint in each diff that way!
