It would involve a ton of work for not much benefit. YOu have to put the radio in the trunk. You would need a bunch of wring from the head unit to the trunk and the biggy is, you don't have a gps antenna. For all of the work involved and its poor functionality compared to an android unit, you are way better off with an android unit.
That said, I have my old factory nav, head unit and radio if you want them. I replaced my factory nav with an Avin Avant 4. Some of the best money I've spent.
