Update on the car problem.
I gave the car to BMW for a diagnostic check, they could only read low pressure in the common rail but they where not certain where the problem is. They need the car to start so they can do a full diagnostic check.
I was told that there was a 20% chance that the problem is the fuel pressure valve.
Now I have changed the fuel pressure sensor and valve and tired to start the car with no luck. I sprayed brake cleaner in the system and the car started straight away. I let the car run idol for 20 mins with no problems.
I switched it off and started it again but it didnt start, so sprayed brake cleaner again and it started. I assume the high pressure pump is fine since the car is starting with the spray.
Any suggestions guys?
