Someone on the bmwnav group on Yahoo had posted a download link but it got shut down because of the huge bandwidth load. He indicated that it may be back up on April 2nd after his next contract month with his ISP starts.

And yes, the Nav DVD can be copied. I have successfully made "backup" copies of mine using Alcohol 120%
