A CSB failure will usually present with a knocking sound (and banging/vibration if very bad) as it wobbles in the carrier due to rubber surround coming apart. I would think if the CSB bearing itself had failed it would screech while on jack stands also.

That screeching noise is new to me. Nothing definitive to tell you on the driveshaft but it doesn't look right to me either. Sorry.

LOL, could you run over your phone while recording video or something at low speed? Or have a go pro (or your phone) mounted under the truck while driving?
