Sounds like a bearing starting to fail somewhere. I would suspect the cbs bearing based upon the evidence presented. If this was my truck I would saturate both sides of the cbs bearing with wd-40 or the like then try to duplicate the sound with the load on it of course. If it’s less audible or non-existent then you’ve found your problem. If not then either then probably a differential bearing or even potentially a wheel bearing.
