Th wire that runs to the starter does not have 12v on it. What could this mean? I keep running scans and clearing codes but nothing is seeming to work. There are still a lot of electrical things that do not work. If i have to im going to post a video on line

I have to look up the electrical diagram to see which ECU signals the starter, but it means that you either have a break in that wire, a dead ECU, or a security authentication failure. I wish you had Rheingold / ISTA/D because it will show when an ECU is not online.
