Unless the code is "no heat" it's for sure the sensor.
You'll notice the codes aren't specific to the O2 sensor just that fuel trims (which are controlled from O2 input) are maxed and DME still not happy that it's too lean.
I only knew it was O2 related because the FIRST time I read code agree SES, I got a no heat pre cat bank one.
Minutes later I pulled up the fuel trim and saw 6/2 then 8/2 then 12/4 then within an hour 12/12.
