imagine if the country is going about pretending all is normal, how many cases would there be, and how much more can the medical staff and available equipment deal with?
What would the survival rate be then? You think it will remain at 98%?

Again I want the country (and the whole world) to get back to their lives, but so far the argument has been to simply reopen and pretend that nothing is wrong. The “brave” and “smart” take measures to reduce the risk. So far I have not seen anyone coming up with safety measure, only calls for “liberation”

Would be nice to see someone with a plan before jumping into the fire.

Look at the military, they don’t just show up somewhere and start fighting regardless of how brave or well equipped they may be. The military spends tremendous amount of time planning, securing supplies, readying hospitals, protective equipment, food, etc. Then they go to a fight knowing the have a reasonable chance to win.

For example, let’s say Monday the city will be open again, will they allow restaurants at full capacity? Will they allow a bartender to serve drinks if he’s unknowingly infected? Where are those new rules before risking the lives of people?
