m-technic (sp?) on Broadway. Best alignment in town for a BMW probably. Not cheap though. ~$170 is what I paid for the wife's diesel after rebuilding the front suspension. Really knowledgeable guys.
I have also used Firestone. All the ones around me send me to the store on, also on Broadway I think, as being the only one who can properly do a BMW. I was more impressed with m-technic, though Firestone may be $20-30 cheaper.
