Extremely important chart. At anything over 1.1 we can be right back to where we were or even worse. Back to shelter in place and closing America. If following the guidelines are enough to stop that from happening those that did not do their share the responsibility for that happening. If that happens it increases the possibility that the guidelines will become mandatory with penalties for non compliance. It will also could set a precedent for any actions to address any future similar threats.
