Man that's great...you can now sell some parts to me! Hold it your up in VT...isn't that Vermont? Lol...anyways that seems doable with the seats. My experience is just swapping electric for electric. I'm guessing here but BMW will wire a car for the electricals but if the car order calls for a non electrical component they will tuck away the harness...hope that's the case for you...good find and good luck!
