Yeah - that'll do it.

The non-cooled EGR pipe has no flexible section, so no worries there.



One thing I wondered about, after changing my (cracked) stainless exhaust manifold for an XR8 cast manifold, I thought it might be worth obtaining the heat shield from the earlier 3.0d X5 (which had a cast manifold as standard), to reduce the heat-soak from the cast manifold to the boost outlet pipe...
