Got a little more done today. I got the pan back on and I am in the recommended Dreibond 1209 sealant procedure. Step 1: initial contact of gasket and sealant. Step 2: 1 hour later torque to 1/2 final torque value and Step 3: 6-24 hours later final torque. So I took the time to replace the intake CPS, mount oil level sensor and dipstick tube.
Tomorrow should be a lot busier. Final torque on the pan, install front diff, subframe, steering rack and power steering pump. (God knows I want to get that subframe back under there supporting the engine as it has been hanging by my Harbor Freight engine support bar for a week now)
Might get to axles too but slow and steady...
