I believe he's referencing his 1st post with the fact that vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin so taking a supplement makes it possible to overdose on it. Generally speaking a water soluble vitamin can't be overdosed on as you'll piss it away but those in fat will just build up to a toxic level. Or maybe the beef jerky look will be back in fashion [emoji16]
