Businesses can't close for 45-90 days without cutting jobs and earnings expectations. Small businesses likely shutter. I would have rather than take any ppp loans. Government is terrible at administering these types of programs. See the stimulus/recovery payments, unemployment, etc. Unless you are big business the money flows downhill slow as molasses.

But I could be wrong. November is not far away. I'm betting a lot of Democrats don't even go to polls due to CV19. Republicans will vote under any conditions.
