I'm probably not a good benchmark. We have two little ones, currently 3 and 6yo and I am the primary caregiver during the workweek. I started the project (demo) January 2019 and we just now have a usable vanity and toilet. If I could have worked on it 4-5 hours a day I could finish in 3 weeks most likely. Factor in waiting for subs and add a couple weeks. So 5 week time table would not be unreasonable. I did my parent's major kitchen remodel in 10 weeks back in spring 2018. My Mom would watch the kids for 6 hours/day 4 or 5 days a week to help expedite that process. That turned out extremely nicely.
