Installed some used genuine schnitzer pedals I got from a friend a few years ago when he swapped to a manual that were meant for my e38. They had some east coast corrosion from the winter seasons. I used a bench grinder with a wire brush to clean them up and a little metal polish. I even wire brushed the heads on the hardware. They're not perfect but I'm happy with the way they came out...
