All, I am very happy to report that I have resolved this issue.
As mentioned above, my next step was to order an actual ZF brand oil pan. I did just that, installed it, filled her up, and the issue is gone!
The filter neck and o-ring on the aftermarket pan I had bought was not manufactured correctly. Specifically, the neck and/or o-ring are slightly too small. This allowed a poor seal between the filter and valve body (which is the suction to the transmission’s fluid pump). When I would take turns, especially left turns, the fluid would naturally slosh to one side, uncovering the valve body and filter neck connection and allow air to enter the pump. Thus, there was a momentary loss of fluid/pressure.
I typically purchase aftermarket parts. There are several manufacturers that make high quality stuff (Valero, Bosch, Febi-Bilstein, etc). The particular brand I purchased this time was a mistake.
So, if you’re doing a fluid/filter change yourself, do NOT purchase a filter and pan from KM PREMIUM. The exact filter can be found here:

Should I create a separate “warning” post to steer people away from this particular brand/filter or is this post good enough?
