Does anyone know if I’ll have to hack up the lower section of the rear bumper to install a hitch? I’m about to buy a 2011 M-Sport and it looks like the bumper is lower than my current 08 X5 which has a hitch. I’m pretty reluctant to hack the bumper up to install a hitch. Are there options for hitches which hang lower maybe?
