Nobody seemed to have them in stock, so I ordered them from BMW of South Atlanta (competitive pricing and since they are a dealer, comes with BMW warranty). Arrived after a month, since they had to come from Germany. The cable doesn't look like anything proprietary. Looks like it's a
SMA/SMB coax connector, so there may be cheaper and faster options.
