Looking at what F2 supplies it is ALL of the items on your code list. (I mean it is almost verbatim, no?)



I would trace the wire from F2 onward to each device. IMO you MAYfind damage and short to ground


From pin 4 x8582 to X2377.



then X2377 to Pin 1 X2244; pin 1 X2395; pin 1 X2231; pin 2 X2365; pin 3x62101; pin 5X2402 and pin3 X62540.




An alternative is to go to each of those connectors (X2244, 2395,2231,2365,62101,2402,62540) and pop them off. Measure the continuity from ground to each of the named pins above. One of them may be 0 ohms, which means that is the bad part and that is sucking down the current and blowing the fuse
